Brian is sick

Brian has thrown up every night for a week. He will vomit and then fall back asleep in it, I feel so bad for him. We finally took him to the ER night before last night and they gave him some IV fluids. Last night he finally got some sleep and wasn't sick all night, he is still not acting like himself quite yet but he is doing better.

Brothers

As the boys get older it becomes more obvious how different they are becoming. Brayden is all over the place and wants attention all the time although he can play by himself just fine. Brian hates to be alone and will do almost anything thing to be held and cuddled. He will follow Brayden around and Brayden will hurry in his room and try to shut him out, although Brian wont go away. Its just fun discovering how opposite they are from each other. It makes me excited to see what they will be like in a few years. I'm scared and excited

Some fun times

Ben had been trying to get dad to go out with us and do something, well it finally happened!! We went to the zoo and had a grand ol' time. Brian did so good and enjoyed looking at the animals and was happy as all sitting in his stroller.

Brayden had the most fun, he took grandpa with him everywhere! Grandpa had to lift him up to see the bears and monkeys, Ben and I didn't even exist in his world at that moment. I don't think anything could have brought him down from the cloud he was sitting on.

BATH!!
Brian loves bath time! He had found a knob on the counter and had to put it in his mouth, he looked cute and didn't even cry when we took it away from him, maybe this will be a turning point, ya right! He sure does act like a one year old when you take something away from him, screaming all way.

Brayden loves his tonka truck, I think it is the only toy to survive him! He has to take it with him everywhere! I do love the fact that he doesn't carry it but he drives it, he will never pick it up unless he is on the stairs! His favorite thing is when the "trash can truck" comes every Friday, he has to be sitting on the porch watching. He can sit for hours waiting and is just happy knowing the trash can truck is coming. I asked him last week if he is going to drive a trash can truck and when he gets bigger and he responded with a nice loud "YES!" I couldn't help the smile.

We have a horse pasture across from our house so we bought some carrots to go and feed them. The horses are so beautiful and taken care of that I don't mind taking Brayden and Brian over to see them. Brayden was scared and stood back a little but I did get him to pet the tan one in the end. Ben held Brian and they both had a fun time giving the carrots to the horses. Brian laughed and laughed, I'm pretty sure he liked them. He wanted to touch them and even tried to give one a kiss, we didn't let that happen! Now we have to go buy more carrots...

Easter

We went to my moms for Easter and had a good time. My brother set out chocolate eggs in the yard and Brayden had a blast looking for them. Later on in the day we were all hanging out and Brayden went around giving out all of his chocolate. For not being very good at sharing he does like to share. We all ate tons of ham, I didn't even know Brayden liked ham, he almost ate more then Ben, almost.

Brian just played all day. I think he was in heaven because Uncle Bucco held him almost all day, they laughed together, played together, and even let me take pics of them together.

We went to the park before we ate (attempting to keep them clean) and I tried to get some pictures of the boys but they wouldn't cooperate. I guess there was something alot more intresting in the tree, although I didn't see anything and and never did find out what they all looking at. I still got some good pictures but it didn't go how I wanted. The boys then had a great time playing on the playground, going down the slide and sticking their heads out of the wholes in the tunnel. They had a blast playing and I had fun taking some picture.

Ben and Brian just chillin at on the playground, Brian looks so big in this picture so I just had to post it. Would you believe that is a 12 month shirt? I'm surprised that I was able to get the boys matching shirts.

Update

So its been awhile sciense I last updated the blog, Im slacking just a little so this is my fast update! Brian is so close to crawling, He gets on all fours and rocks back and forth, just a few more weeks. Im a little scared, two mobile little kids, that should be fun, lots to get into, just have to really stick with them. I see Henry and cant believe how much they devolop in just a few weeks, wow. I see kids in the hospital all the time and think of haw fast they grow but you dont really understand until its your own child. Brayden is getting bigger too as I have had many people ask me if he is about to turn four and are suprised when I tell them that he is only two. I dont realize how tall he is until I see him with other kids his age. Now that he is getting taller he can get to the back of the counter and grab anything, this has resulted in multiple messes. He can now also get into the fridge and pour his own milk, he doesnt do too bad but this also results in a few messes. Brayden is also not doing so well in the social skills area of things and I find myself struggling to find little kids his age to play with. I am now trying to take him to the park now that it is getting a little warmer and just hope that there are other little kids there for him to play with. Im going to really miss Madison, she is so good for him, and for the most part they play well together. I hope to find him a friend soon.
